About
Hi, I'm Nigel Lee. This is my personal blog about what I'm learning in AI, LLMs and software engineering.
Most of what I write is about how things work: the method behind a paper, the mechanism inside a tool, how an incident unfolded. Each post starts with the conclusion, then takes the mechanism apart with analogies and examples, and ends with links to the original sources. If I can't explain a concept clearly, it usually means I haven't really understood it myself.
The topics I'm studying, and how far I've got, are laid out as a tree in the Learning section — starting with AI Agents.
Some posts begin as drafts written by AI; I review them before publication and include links to the original sources.
